For each template review analytics such as Messages sent, Messages received, Messages opened, Clients clicked, and Completed purchases.

  1. Create or edit a template by pressing the Create (+) button. create new viber template
  2. Complete all the fields required.
  3. Upload your image and click on the image to use in the template. You can either select an image already saved on the platform or upload your own images. The size of an image cannot exceed 128KB.
  4. Save template or cancel changes to edit the template further. viber template edit
